About me
I’m Cecile and after 15 years in the Video Games Industry and living in various countries, I retrained with iPEC to be a coach, working with the Tech and Gaming industry. I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation (PCC) and follow their code of ethics.
Based in the UK, I coach my clients around the world online in English and French.
I help quiet leaders roles in Tech and Gaming to navigate their careers (kicking off a new role or aiming toward a promotion), to break through the glass ceiling and to find alignment within their life and work.
Every coaching relationship starts with an initial no-obligation discussion about what you want to achieve within coaching, to work out whether I am the best fit for what you need and whether we could work together successfully. At the same time, I will talk about what coaching is and isn’t so that the boundaries are clear.
HELPING QUIET WOMEN IN TECH TO BE RECOGNISED CONFIDENT LEADERS
Prior to coaching, my career, mostly in Mobile Gaming, spans 15 years in product and marketing leadership roles, working on business performance and strategy.
Originally from France, I have had the opportunity to live and work in several countries (Argentina, Singapore, Spain) before settling in the UK.
I decided to pivot my career towards coaching several years ago after experiencing burnout and facing personal challenges. Once I was on the other side of things, I realised I had not needed to go through all of this alone, and I’m here now to help women and quiet leaders have their own breakthrough.
I trained as a coach with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), one of the most comprehensive coaching certifications available and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I completed my certification and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) in November 2020.
I am also independently accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and follow their code of ethics. I obtained the PCC credential in March 2022.
